RDC is our non-profit organization founded under Anderson Vision, a military veteran owned company. Renaissance set and accomplished many various goals since its origin. The primary goals and objectives are to ensure the accessibility of every resident affordable, safe, and decent homes: to provide leadership training to youths; to educate residents as to their rights, and to encourage private concerns and all levels of government to provide financial assistance, other needed services and incentives to stimulate the housing revitalization process, and ultimately home ownership. Renaissance goals are to continue Enhancing home ownership, educate the client through homebuyers' training, financial literacy and financial assistance thru IDA partnering with Southern University and Sunvestka, assistance thru Office Community Development. Enhancing home owners to build “GREEN" and to educate the youth in high school and college how to "Step out on the Right Foot'. financial literacy seminars.
